Novocasa approached us to develop their website and back office web application to ensure they had full control of the features and to stand apart from the many property portals and amateur agents that flooded the Spanish Property market.
As a small business, Novocasa spent much of their time responding to potential clients requests, building newly announced property web pages and maintaining their computer records locally on laptops and desktop computers.
Our web application allows fast uploading of property details, including multiples of photos at a time and automatically generates beautifully styled property pages that include a photo slideshow and dynamically generated mortgage quote.
The pages themselves contain contact forms that users can complete to view extended details for every property in exchange for their name and email address; removing the need to personally make contact each enquiry, whilst offering the visitor immediate access to all information on the property or development.
Visitors can also anonymously tag their favourite properties, for comparison or future reference. Favourites lists can be viewed in a printer friendly format or emailed to a destination of their choosing, with links to the full details of each property in the selection.
