There are Spanish Property websites and then there is Solo Properties. A strikingly attractive web design, Solo Properties is packed with genuinely useful features such as a powerful yet simple property search, favourite properties shortlist, Google Maps integration and free mortgage illustration alongside every detail listing.
Of particular note is the favourite property shortlist, which enables visitors to tag as many favourite properties as they wish, then print or email their shortlist to themselves or a partner/friend. The shortlisted properties are displayed as mini property cards at the bottom of the page and the email includes links back to the full details of every selected property.
In addition to the flexible, easy to use property database, the back office also includes variables for lending rate and Euro to Sterling exchange rate, which are then used to calculate in real time the mortgage illustrations and dual currency pricing found throughout the site.
A print view available for every property, includes bi-lingual details in English & Spanish, and is also used by the sales office for the physical window cards.
